Virgin River season 1 premiered on December 6, 2019, on Netflix in all its entirety of 10 episodes. Although the official announcement of its renewal came in December 2019, it was reported that production had already begun for a second season in September 2019. The official confirmation regarding the renewal was made by Netflix’s official Twitter handle. It has also been reported that the filming of season 2 ended on December 17, 2019. Virgin River Season 2 Cast: Who is in it?
The lead cast of Virgin River features Alexandra Breckenridge as Melinda Monroe. Mel moves from l. a. to Virgin River to figure as an NP and midwife. Alexandra is joined by Martin Henderson as Jack Sheridan, who owns a local bar in the small town and had previously worked in the U.S. Marine. He is a victim of PTSD.
Colin Lawrence stars as John “Preacher” Middleton, Jack close friend and a chef at the same bar where the former works.
