If you’ve been keeping up with all of Netflix’s things (and by that we mean, actively searching for shows to binge), you’ll know the streaming giant’s latest star-studded series The president has captivated viewers around the world’s attention.
When Will the Politician Season 2 Release
A second season was already in the works as Netflix back in February 2018 gave a straight-to-series two-season order. Not long ago, Murphy and Netflix entered a strong five-year partnership and provided previous plays by Murphy; we wouldn’t be mistaken to believe that’ The Politician ‘would be a massive hit and continue far into the second season if that’s what Murphy has planned for.
For now, our best guess is that in September 2020. ‘The Politician’ Season 2 would release. The series was set up for a second season, but Netflix hasn’t officially renewed it yet. Since the series has just been released, it will take Netflix a little longer to decide for season two. For the meantime, here’s what you can do: if you love the show, tell all your mates to watch it to help get views up and increase the chance of a renewal.
The Politician Season 2: Plot of Series
As in Season 1, real-life politics will have a significant impact on Season 2, which will address “this concept of age and experience, and the status quo versus youth, and the potential of a more democratic, younger candidate,” Murphy said in the same piece in the Los Angeles Times. He noted that this “generational conflict” is expressed in people like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the New York representative, who became the youngest woman ever elected to Congress in 2018.
What to Expect From the Politician Season 2 Series
If you’ve seen the final episode of season 1, it’s clear that the show was bringing the second outing into the building blocks. The last season quick-forwarded with Payton Hobart in a bit of a lull from the high school election. McAfee is getting a new job as a campaigner for an incumbent senator who takes their campaign to zero effort. That brings an opportunity.
