The Haunting Of Bly Manor has become a big success for streaming Netflix giant. Presently, a second season is in the works [The Haunting Of Hill House – Season 2], but with the Craine family and Hill Home, it won’t end.
This time around Mike Flanagan, adapting Henry James ‘gothic literature novel The Turn of the Screw, will dive into a very different tale of horrors. This famous Horror Series is now an anthology series and is renamed “The Ghost Of Bly Manor” in the next season. Here’s all we remember, so far.
What Is The Release Date For Bly Manor’s Haunting?
Netflix has announced the launch of The Haunting Of Bly Manor sometime in the year 2020. Also, the exact day in the year 2020 has yet to be announced, but season production began in September 2019. It took The Haunting Of Hill House to release one year from the start of production, so we can expect that The Haunting Of Bly Manor may sometime in fall of the year 2020. According to director Mike Flanagan, shooting finally wrapped up on February 21, 2020.

Which Is The Story Of Bly Manor’s Haunting?
The final plot is yet to be announced for film adaptation. The story will, however, be taken directly from that of Henry James ‘The Turn of The Screw: Ghost stories are told on a Christmas Eve night during a gathering of friends. One of the guests, Douglas, starts telling the story of two kids (Flora and Miles) and the governess of his son. A wealthy bachelor hired the governess at his country home in Bly to look after his niece and nephew. The governess soon is persuaded that the estate is haunted as unusual things happen inside the manor and the grounds.
Who Are the Actors/Persons Included in the Haunting of Bly Manor?
It will be back to Oliver Jackson-Cohen and Victoria Pedretti, who played Luke Crain and his younger sister Nell. Yeah, you read that correctly! Since it’s an anthology show, the two actors will come back to play different characters.
Jackson-Cohen will play Peter, “a Bly Manor resident who makes life very complicated for everyone who lives there.” Also, Pedretti will play the governess, Dani, who “looks after two very odd girls.”
