Amid of coronavirus Tekashi 6ix9ine is expected to be released early, Daniel Hernandez, popular as Lawyers for Rapper has said that because he is the asthma patient, he is vulnerable to the spread of coronavirus in jail.
On Wednesday the judge sends Daniel to jail said that Daniel should be in-home quarantine and should get tested immediately he felt the symptom of his illness is similar to that of COVID-19.
U.S district judge Paul A. Engelmayer wrote an order that twenty-three-year-old performer Daniel Hernandez should be kept in home quarantine for the treatment for four months instead of imprisonment for two years.
But this district judge has no legal authority to carry out the further procedure and change the sentence of punishment for Daniel. But the judge stated the hopeful instructive guidance given by district judge that the Bureau of Prisons may consider the application to release Daniel to home.
Daniel two years imprisonment decision should be replaced by the home quarantine for two months because Daniel is an asthma patient and this negligence can result in his health risk. This is the appeal made by the District Judge.
Thus, the release date of the performer Daniel is expected on July 31. Last year in the month of October he was diagnosed with Bronchitis and Sinusitis.
In defense of Daniel the Tekashi’s attorney Lance Lazarro, on Sunday, wrote a letter to the legal authority to minimize the punishment and to shorten the release date of Daniel.
The Lazarro wrote in his letter that his client Daniel has to breathe health issues and so he should be allowed to get treatment in the home instead of getting two years imprisonment punishment. Lazarro also stated that the health of Rapper Daniel should be considered as the first concern.
Thus, the expected date to release Daniel is maybe preponed. The prosecutors stated that they are not opposing Takashi’s request to release Daniel before the expected date because of paying mercy on his severe health issue.
