Taylor Swift And Other Artists Confirmed As Headliner For The Glastonbury Festival 2020
There is a lot of chat going around about the headliners of this year’s festival. Taylor Swift is coming to the festival as a headliner as she confirms an equivalent on twitter. Another legendary artist is are getting to be headlining the Glasto this year is Sir McCartney.
Founder Michael Eavis and co-founder Emily Eavis express how pleased they are to have Swift headlining Glastonbury 2020, calling her one of the most prominent artists and praising her music. Swift is the sixth solo headliner in Glastonbury history, succeeding Adele who performed in 2016.
Aerosmith and Diana Ross also confirmed that they might be performing within the fest this year. Chris Martin, Coldplay’s lead singer, has confirmed that the band will not perform this year. 1975 has also confirmed they won’t headline this year.

The tickets for Glastonbury 2020 went live in October. The tickets with coaches sold out in 27 minutes while the one without coaches sold out, in 34 minutes. A resale for unpaid and wanted tickets will take place in April for those who still want to attend.

General tickets for the fest cost 265 + 5 pounds, and tickets with coaches may add anywhere between 30 to 100 pounds counting on the town. Following last year festival, this year Glastonbury is going to be celebrating its 50th birthday with its next addition starting on Midsummer Day, 2020.
