Ragnarok Season 2 Is the New Date Confirmed to Release All You Need to Know

Ragnarok is a Norwegian Netflix original based upon the Norse mythology. The series debuted on January 31, 2020. The show was a huge hit among the viewers and received positive remarks. Featuring only 6 episodes in the first season it was an easy binge-watch for all. The fans who have watched the first season want a second for the popular Norse mythology drama. Well, we have some positive news to share with you guys. Let’s get into it at once.

When Will the Season 2 Release?

Hey binge-watchers, we’ve some good news to share. The highly popular Netflix mythological drama is renewed for another season. Netflix confirmed the same in a tweet on their official channel.

The production must be paused now due to the current situation. So, or safe bet will be looking at a release date sometime in 2021. The meager 6 episode can also get expanded in the next season who knows. We’ve to wait until further details come out. 

Who Will We See in the Second Season?

All expect one will be absent. The little activist and Youtuber, Isolde, who died in the first season won’t be returning.

What Is the Plot for the Upcoming Season?

In the first season, we saw that Magne discovers that he is Thor. He gets up a fight with Vidar which ended because of the lightning summoned by Magne. There’s yet to be seen what the Jutul family will do stop Magne, now that he knows about their illegal practices in the town of Edda. Will there be another fight? We’ll find out once the trailer is released. 

Is There a Trailer for the Second Season?

As of yet, there is no official release of any teaser or trailer. Since the announcement of the second season was done in March, it will be safe to assume that the production still hasn’t started yet considering the lockdown conditions worldwide. We could hope to see some footage from the series in the last part of 2020 or early 2021. There will be a whole lot more fun for sure.
