One of the popular TV show Lord of the Rings is making provisions for it’s full production and release on Amazon. There is plenty of information which is revealed about the show except the release date. Back in the year 2017, Amazon had already took right to showcase five seasons of the Lord of The Rings.
The posts from the twitter accounts have revealed so far that the show will take the audienece to second middle ages. The prime videos will refer to the time period that ended with the first downfall of Sauron which was already seen in the prologue to The Fellowship Of The Ring.
There are fifteen names let out who will be joining the cast. Those cast members are Robert Aramayo, Owain Arthur, Nazanin Boniadi, Tom Budge, Morfydd Clark, Ismael Cruz Cordova, Ema Horvath, Markella Kavenagh, Joseph Mawle, Tyroe Muhafidin, Sophia Nomvete, Megan Richards, Dylan Smith, Charlie Vickers, and Daniel Weyman. Joseph Mawle, who is the alumni of Game of Thrones, a veteran television and film actor best known for playing Benjen Stark, has joined the cast.
The production of the show is expected to take place this year but the release date of the show is not disclosed or decided. Though some sources reveal that the show will release in December, 2021.

Amazon has divulged that the series will now be taking place in around 3441 years before the The Fellowship of the Rings. Reports are indicating that the first two episodes_directed by J.A. Bayona — will be directed initially before 4-5 months hiatus. The show depicts the ancient kingdom of men with long lifespans. The Lord of the Rings TV show might showcase the formation of Gondor and also it is the era in which Saurons insidious plot first came to a head.
