The show was renewed for its third season right after the second season was released and on 3rd January it is renewed for its the fourth season. In August 2019, Filming of the third season was finished in London.

On 26th April 2020, the third season of the Killing Eve will be on air.

Killing Eve has a tradition of a new head writer per season. The first season was curated by Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Emerald Fennell wrote season two. Not the show is in the creative hands of Suzanne Heathcote. We expect her to have written something spectacular.

The plot of the show

The show shows the story of A Spy and An Assassin. Eve Polastri is an M15 sector spy who is bound to the protected job and is bored of it. She gets fired from the job and gets recruited in M16 to deal with a psychopathic assassin Villanelle. They both encounter each other when trying to complete their respective missions and both get obsessed as well as attracted to each other.

As the series has been drifted apart from the original story of the book, we can’t really predict what is going to be the plot of the season three. We hope that’s Eason three will bring peace to the questions left by the cliffhanging season finale of the second season.

Eve Polastri is played by spectacular Sandra Oh and gorgeous Jodie Comer played the psychopath Assassin Oksa an Asrankova aka Villanelle.

Owen McDonnell plays the husband of Eve – Niko Polastri and Fiona Shaw play the head of M16- Carolyn Martens. Darren Boyd will be back as Frank Haleton and Kirby Howell-Baptiste will play Elena Felton.

Also, an official account of Killing Eve has tweeted about the appearance of Dame Harriet Walter and Danny Sapani on the show for unnamed characters.
