Princess the Beatrice, the princess of England, recently got married to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. In her wedding, the princess was seen wearing a vintage gown which was loaned to her by the queen. Norman Hartnell designed the dress. And the dress was made up from Peau De Soie taffeta with diamante adornments. It also had Duchess satin trims and a checkered geometric bodice.
While the new noticeable thing about the dress was that it had an organza sleeve. The feature was there when it was originally worn by the Queen. Also, there is a particular reason behind the addition of the new sleeves to the dress.
So, the reason behind this new addition is to adhere to the rules of the place of worship. The princess designer Angela Kelly and along with the royal dressmaker Stewart Parvin added these sleeves to match up to the customs of that place. It was deemed inappropriate to worship at that place with bare shoulders.
Princess Beatrice and Edoardo got married at the Royal Chapel of All Saints which is at the Royal Lodge in Windsor.
Now you might be thinking that then how the Queen wore this dress at the time o her marriage. Well, the Queen opted to cover her shoulders with a shawl.
Beatrice also wore the diamond fringe tiara which was another thing that was worn by the Queen at the time of her royal wedding. Along with that beautiful tiara, she kept her hair very elegant with a half-up look. While her makeup was very soft a gentle.
Beatrice and Edoardo’s wedding was originally scheduled for 29th May 2020. But, due to the huge coronavirus outbreak, the wedding got postpones by almost 2 months.
The couple receives much love blessing from all around the world from their fans and well-wishers. We wish the couple nothing but love and happiness always.
