The next presidential election of the US is in the coming November. The youngest heir of the Bush family, George P. Bush has expressed his intention of voting for Donald Trump in November. George P. Bush is the son of Jeb Bush, ex-governor of Florida, and the nephew of former President George W. Bush.
Texas Land Commissioner to Vote for Trump
In a statement to the Dallas Morning News, the Texas Land Commissioner said, “Trump is the only thing standing between America and socialism.”
Further, he added, “Even in a global pandemic where we have had to take unprecedented measures to protect public health, the economy is already returning. It’s clear, America and Texas will continue to be stronger than ever.”
On hearing the remarks made by the Texas Land Commissioner, President Trump took to Twitter to thank him. He tweeted, “Thank you George, great honor!.”

It is not the first time that Bush has shown support for Trump. In the past during the nominations of 2016, he had been a supporter and ally for Trump. “I endorsed President Trump in the 2016 election cycle and plan to do so again in 2020,” he had said in the interview with the Dallas Morning News.
Rest of the Bush Family Won’t Vouch for Trump
However, the Bush family won’t be voting for Trump. The feud between the Bush family and Trump is nothing new. It has existed since the 2016 presidential elections when Trump mocked Jeb Bush upon vying for the nomination. Even Geroge W. Bush had not voted for Trump in the 2016 Presidential campaign. So it is understandable if the same trend continues this time also.
