To answers his question, Elon said that you can pronounce the name like this, “X Ash A 12”. Here, “X” is basically just a normal “X” and A-12 will remain simply as A-12. The “Ash” is the word.

Elon Musk told about their choice and thoughts behind this name. He said that his partner was the one who had the most part. Grimes is also on Twitter. When Elon announced the name of his baby, she explained it in a comment. Besides this, she wrote about the meaning of each letter. This is what Grimes said.

Elon corrected and said that its SR-71. It is nice to see that both parents are involved and thinking about this decision. However, this name could bring some issues with the authorities.

The name of Elon Musk’s son is special, for sure. It could face some trouble. David Glass, who is a family law attorney, stated that in California, you cannot have numbers, accents, umlauts, and other symbols of this kind in a name. This might put a dent on registration for the name. Besides this, in California, names are required to have 26 letters. The name of Elon’s son might not get registered at all.
