Bollywood Actor Irfan Khan Died and What Did His Family Have to Say After His Death Check Here

The actor who is known for his splendid acting and masterclass films, Irfan Khan is no more between us. The Indian National Award-winning actor died fighting with a colon infection in the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. The actor was being treated in London for tumour for several months and has returned back to Mumbai some months ago.

The actor was 53 and has two sons Babil and Ayan with her wife Sutapa Sikdar. Yesterday his spokesperson has confirmed that he has been taken to the intensive care unit and dismissed all the rumours that were surfacing about his death.

What Did His Family Have to Say After Irfan Khan Death:

Irrfan Khan’s family released a statement about his death. They said that the actor opened up about his fight with cancer in 2018 by releasing a note that read as “I trust, I have surrendered”. They further said that the actor was a man of silent expression and his eyes were deep and his action on the screen will always be remembered by people.

The family were saddened by his demise but were proud to tell everyone that he fought till the end and inspired everyone who came in his contact for the same. They said that during his last time he was surrounded by his loved ones.

What Is the Reaction of Bollywood:

The death of Irfan Khan has left Bollywood heart-broken and this is a void in Indian Cinema that can never be filled. Amitabh Bacchan came forward and expressed his thoughts about the actor. He wrote in his tweet “An incredible talent, a gracious colleague, a prolific contributor to the world of cinema left us too soon, creating a huge vacuum.” Filmmaker Shoojit Sircar who is the director of Piku film also came forward and tweeted that “My dear friend Irrfan. You fought and fought and fought. I will always be proud of you.. we shall meet again.. condolences to Sutapa and Babil.. you too fought, Sutapa you gave everything possible in this fight. Peace and Om Shanti. Irfaan Khan salute,”
